Food has been central
to mankind since the dawn of creation. Food is the basis of existence and survival
for all life on Earth, crossing borders and cultures throughout human history.
Journalism and
photographic media are influenced by the food. Painting and photography,
literature, cinema and song lyrics are full of descriptions and references to food
and drink. There are those who claim that they eat only to live. There are
others who claim that they only live to eat.
